Dwip Agencies Hero

Our Solutions Digital Infra & utility for your building

We engineer turnkey digital networks, clean solar microgrids, and intelligent utility systems directly into modern architecture — delivering gigabit fiber, automated power, and smart society controls before residents move in.

Got Questions?

What is FTTH and what does DWIP's FTTH package include?

FTTH (fiber to the home) is a fiber-optic line run directly into each flat. DWIP's FTTH package is a triple-play bundle: internet up to 1 Gbps, IPTV with 600-plus channels, and an OTT bundle covering Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, Zee5, SonyLIV and 20-plus other apps.

Does a developer have to pay upfront for the infrastructure?

It depends on the model. Under Design, Build & Handover the developer commissions and pays for the build directly. Under the zero-cost Opex model, DWIP funds and builds the infrastructure and recovers cost over 7–10 years through residents' maintenance charges, with no upfront cost to the developer. Under the shared model, cost and revenue are split between DWIP and the developer.

What does DWIP install besides internet and IPTV?

Intercom, solar, EV chargers, smart lighting automation, CCTV, water tank management automation, visitor and society management software, video door phones, access control, boom barriers, app-controlled smart home systems, common-area Wi-Fi, and TV-based meeting and event broadcasting with developer branding.

Do flat owners pay extra under the zero-cost model?

No. Under the zero-cost Opex model there are no additional charges to flat owners for internet, AMC or upkeep — the infrastructure fee is built into the standard monthly maintenance charge over 7 to 10 years.

What is DWIP's track record?

Seven years as a Reliance distributor for Bandra, Khar and Santacruz, a strategic investment in E2 Info Solutions, and an implementation partnership with Jio Society. Completed work includes solar at Lodha Serenity (194 kW) and Lodha Trinity (180 kW), and access control and CCTV at Le Park.

Who is this service designed for?

Real estate developers building new residential or commercial projects who want connectivity, entertainment and automation infrastructure designed, installed and, optionally, managed long-term as one integrated system.
